Rus

It's been 2 years todat since I lost my brother, Rus... It still seems surreal! I can't believe how fast the time has gone & how many things have changed. I wish he could've met Anthon's family & visa versa- he had the most genuine heart out of any person I've ever know, just very excepting of everyone. I am greatful that He & Anthon met & got to know each other a little! For some reason it makes me happier to know that Rus & my dad both loved Anthon. I posted one of my favorite shots from his gravesite (he loved to play guitar & some one left a pic among all the flowers). The other shot is of a Christmas card he sent out... it shows the fun personality he had!

¡¡Hallelujah!!

Yesterday was the last day of my Medical Terminology class that I have been stressing out over (remember, the one with the "minimum competancy" requirement). I'm so relieved to have it over with... Not to mention, I was SO SICK durring the final (all day actually) that I was rushing through it so I wouldn't have to run out of the class to throw up & then come back in! I threw up right before I went into to take the test & immediatley following. I had Anthon drive me because I was so weak... I seriously thought I might die! Thankfully I went to the Dr. & it was just the flu, so she gave me some pills for the nausea & they helped A TON!! I went from throwing up 2 times an hour starting @ 6AM, to nothing @ aroung 4pm. What a relief- I passed my class with a 95% & I'm starting to feel human again!

It's a Boy!

I told Anthon I wanted to get a dog before he goes to California to work this summer (I mean, IF & when) so that I won't feel so alone all the time... especially at night cause I'm a wuss! So, he suprised me with this cute little puppy! He's 3/4 Great Dane & 1/4 English Bulldog, so yeah... he will be HUGE. But I wanted a big dog for scare tactics & he's really sweet right now. We FINALLY settled on the name Gunnar - I don't know why, but Anthon has the weirdest taste in names... He wants to name EVERYTHING Tarzie. If naming the dog was this hard, I can't wait till we try to decide on a name for a baby together!

Fat Baby!

Sydney is getting so big (she's almost 10 months) & she's starting to show her little personality more! She gets so excited when she sees people she loves & I can't believe how patient she is... especially with Anthon- he bugs the crap out of her all the time (as you can see in the 1st picture)! She is so dang cute & so much fun!! I just had to share some recent pictures of her.

The battle wound is healing

I know everyone's just dying to see more pictures of Anthon's arm, so I took one 2 weeks after the actual bite happend. It still is pretty gross, but at least it's getting better!
